Finding parts to fit your kitchen or bath faucets requires a little detective work. Here are some general guidelines that will help you find the parts to fix your faucet:

Did you register your faucet when you purchased it? 

1. Call the toll free warranty information number that you received when you registered your faucet. 

2. Have the model number and parts breakdown sheet in front of you when you call. 

3. Have a list of questions ready for the service technician before you call.

4.       If you already know your faucet’s manufacturer and exact model number of your faucet, then you can call, write or email the manufacturer for you faucet’s parts. The parts may be free, even if your faucet is not under warranty; do not hesitate to ask for, free parts. Some manufacturers also offer overnight shipping if you are in a hurry.
